Dream – Dare – Do. What’s your challenge going to be?

From May 2nd to May 27th two Kiwis – Mal Law & James Harcombe – will be attempting to run 1,700km around the perimeter of Wales to promote the message “get outside – be active – enhance your mental wellbeing”. This is your chance to help them make a real difference.

We’d like you to commit to a personal challenge of your own that will also last from May 2nd – May 27th and, like Mal & James are doing, raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation. The challenge you set yourself can be pretty much anything that involves physical activity in the outdoors, but it should be a stretch challenge that properly tests you.
